Single-User License: Unless otherwise stated, the Product is licensed to a single user for personal, non-commercial use.
Permitted Use: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the Product on devices owned or controlled by you.
Restrictions: You may not:
Distribute, share, or resell the Product, or any part thereof.
Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Product.
Remove or alter any copyright notices or trademarks from the Product.
Use the Product for any commercial purpose without express written permission from Begin with Corinne.
Upload the product to any file sharing website.
Intellectual Property:
The Product and all associated intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by Begin with Corinne. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Payment and Delivery:
Payment for the Product must be made in full before the Product can be downloaded. The Product will be delivered electronically via a download link provided after successful payment. Begin with Corinne is not responsible for any download issues caused by the buyer's internet connection or device.
Refunds and Returns:
Due to the digital nature of the Product, all sales are final. Refunds or returns will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as a proven defect in the Product that prevents its intended use. Any refund requests must be made within 3 days of purchase, and include proof of purchase, and a detailed description of the problem. Begin with Corinne reserves the right to refuse a refund.
Disclaimer of Warranties:
The Product is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. Begin with Corinne does not warrant that the Product will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements. Begin with Corinne is not responsible for any consequences that may arise from the use of the product.
Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall Begin with Corinne be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Product. Begin with Corinne's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Product.
Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Illinois, USA.
